She regularly assists clients in negotiations and legal proceedings concerning a wide range of real estate-related issues. Her clients include both national and international financiers, investors, developers, governments, managers and landlords and tenants. The Legal500 recognises Kaylee as a ‘key lawyer’.

    • Advised Yunex Traffic B.V. in a procurement dispute with Rijkswaterstaat (State of the Netherlands) with respect to the automation and renovation of various major bridges in South Holland, the Netherlands
    • Represented the Municipality of Amsterdam in four leasehold cases and two petitions, with the Amsterdam Court of Appeal upholding the earlier decisions dismissing the leaseholders' claims.
    • Assisted successful the Portugese consortium Triangle (consists of Via Verde, Ascendi, and Siemens spin-off Yunex.) on its bid for the tender for Truck Levy in the Netherlands.

  • Qualifications

    Kaylee studied at VU University Amsterdam, where she completed a bachelor's degree in law in 2017 and a master's degree in corporate law (at the Zuidas) in 2019. During her bachelor's programme, she also studied for a semester at the University of Sheffield School of Law (UK). Kaylee joined NautaDutilh in 2020 and has been admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
