- NautaDutilh acted as lenders counsel for the EUR 1 billion A9 Badhoevedorp – Holendrecht DBFM project. Our team acted as lenders counsel EUR 900 million DBFM contract concerning the maintenance and redevelopment of the Afsluitdijk.
- NautaDutilh advised Batavia BioSciences as lead counsel in the development of a vaccine plant at Leiden Bio Science Park, with a projected surface of 12,000 square meters.
- NautaDutilh assisted Allianz on the development of an office building of approximately 15,000 m² in the European quarter in Belgium.
