Webinar: Dealing with the new normal at the workplace
Since last Monday 4 May 2020, a progressive resumption of economic activity has started in Belgium. However, many employers and employees have concerns about dealing with the "new normal" and the conditions enabling them to do so.
In our daily practice, HR managers, business managers and legal counsels raise a lot of questions about said “new normal”.
After a successful first webinar on a safe return to the workplace, our Employment team is pleased to hold another webinar next Tuesday 12 May 2020 from 10:30 to 11:30.
We will treat a variety of topics, such as measuring an employee's body temperature at the work place, providing face masks to employees, temporary unemployment & incapacity to work, deviations from the rules on voluntary overtime, parental leave linked to coronavirus, the legal framework of teleworking, changes in work schedules, etc.
