Pedro Paraguay specialises in cross-border corporate tax planning, with a specific focus on Latin America. He is based in the Amsterdam office, advising local and international clients on the relevant Dutch aspects in a number of areas, such as corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and share/bond issues.

Pedro graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (Brazil) in 2010 and joined NautaDutilh in 2012. Before relocating to the Netherlands, he worked in the international taxation department of a top tax consultancy firm in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In the Netherlands, prior to joining NautaDutilh, he was an associate researcher at IBFD - working as country specialist for Brazil - where he still acts as a correspondent reporting on tax and investment matters.

Pedro is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
