Camille Grandidier is an associate in our investment funds practice. She assists asset managers, funds promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures i.e. UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIFs), private equity and venture capital funds (SICARs), as well as unregulated investment vehicles i.e. reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs).
Camille holds a master's degree in Corporate Finance from the ICN Business School of Nancy (2016) and a master's degree in International Business Law (JAIE) from the University of Lorraine (2015).
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Camille worked for another renowned law firm in Luxembourg.
Camille is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List II).
She is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
