Shamroz Khawaja is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice. He assists clients on various financial matters including capital markets, securitization and international financing arrangements. His clients are financial institutions, sponsors and international corporates. 

Shamroz holds an LL.M. in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law from the University of Luxembourg (2020) and a master's degree in European Banking and Financial Law from the same university (2018). 

Shamroz is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List II). 

He is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
