Lucie Kouassi is an associate in our investment funds practice. She assists asset managers, funds promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures i.e. UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIFs), private equity and venture capital funds (SICARs), real estate and debt funds, as well as unregulated investment vehicles i.e. reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs).

Lucie holds an LL.M. degree in Globalization and Law - Corporate, Commercial and Public Investment Law from the University of Maastricht (2019). She also holds a master's degree in Law, with a specialisation in Company Law from the University of Liège (2017).

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Lucie worked for another renowned law firm in Luxembourg.

Lucie is admitted to the Luxembourg bar (List II).

She is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
