Daniël Kuiper works in the Employment & Pensions department in which he advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues, such as reorganisations, employee consultation rights, individual and collective dismissal and incapacity for work. He advises and litigates for both employers and employees.

Before joining the Employment & Pensions team, Daniël has worked in the Corporate M&A department in which he advised clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. He also advised clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Daniël graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a specialisation in both Corporate Law and Labour Law. While a student, he worked at the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam and at several law firms. Daniël joined NautaDutilh in 2015 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
