

Philip Malanczuk Associate Partner
Philip Malanczuk is a member of our Litigation & Arbitration practice group. He specialises in commercial litigation and represents clients before regular courts and in arbitration proceedings. His focus areas include disputes about the formation, performance and termination of commercial contracts, post M&A claims and civil liability.
Philip also represents clients in cartel damages actions. He is in involved in a number of damages actions in relation to various alleged cartels, including in the markets of air cargo, cathode ray tubes, high voltage power cables, flour, and prestressing steel.
Philip graduated from Leiden University in 2007 with a master's degree (LL.M.) in civil law. He joined NautaDutilh and was sworn in as an attorney-at-law ("advocaat") in the same year. In 2012 he successfully completed a postgraduate programme on national and international contract law (cum laude). In 2014, he was temporarily seconded to a German office of a top-tier international U.S. law firm.
