Ernest Montell de Jesus is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice. He assists clients on various financial and regulatory matters including capital markets, securitisation and international financing arrangements. His clients are financial institutions, sponsors and international corporates.

Ernest holds a master's degree in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg (2022) as well as a double degree in French and Spanish Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2021).

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Ernest worked as an intern in another renowned law firm in Luxembourg.

Ernest is a Spanish and Catalan native speaker, fluent in English, French and Italian.
