Edward Rijnhout specializes in the taxation aspects of the organization and reorganization of international groups, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and finance, as well as of investments, venture capital and private equity funds. He advises domestic and international clients in his capacity of Dutch tax lawyer.

Edward is a member of the Netherlands Association of Tax Lawyers (NOB) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

Edward obtained his law degree from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2002 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year. He was seconded to NautaDutilh's New York office for a one-year period in 2005, after which he returned to the Firm's Amsterdam and Rotterdam office.

Edward is Associate Partner at NautaDutilh since 2013.
