Guillaume Thomann is a senior associate in our litigation & arbitration practice. He is serving a wide range of corporate clients and banks in arbitration and litigation matters related to commercial law, corporate disputes and insolvency. He also has a particular focus on Luxembourg and European labour law and corporate employment matters.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2017, Guillaume gained in-depth litigation and arbitration experience, with a focus on commercial law, while working for another well-respected Benelux law firm in Luxembourg. His previous work experience includes the headquarters of a CAC 40 company in France and the wealth management department of an international bank in Luxembourg.
Guillaume holds a Bachelor of Laws and European Studies from the University of Strasbourg (France, 2006). He also holds a Master in Economic Law and a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva (Switzerland, 2009) (in cooperation with Duke University, USA).
Guillaume was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2014.
Guillaume is fluent in French, English and German, and has a good knowledge of Spanish and Luxembourgish.
