Elle représente des clients dans les secteurs des sciences de la vie, de l'alimentation et des biens de consommation, entre autres, allant des start-ups aux grandes multinationales et aux centres de recherche.

Florence a une grande expérience des litiges et des transactions (y compris l'assistance dans des affaires complexes de financement et d'entreprise dans lesquelles la propriété intellectuelle est essentielle) et elle posède une compréhension approfondie des questions réglementaires, en particulier dans les secteurs de l'alimentation et des sciences de la vie.

Elle co-dirige le sector team des sciences de la vie de NautaDutilh et est membre du European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW), de la Licensing Executive Society (LES), du International Trademark Association (INTA), du International Trademark Association (EFLA) et du Beneluxvereniging voor Merken- en Modellenrecht (BMM). Florence siège également au comité de l'INTA Bulletin et est membre du comité de rédaction du journal BMM Bulletin, la principale revue du Benelux sur les marques et les dessins et modèles.
