Erik Poorthuis has been appointed as associate partner as of 1 January 2026.
Erik specialises in insurance coverage, international contracts, financial and professional services, products, and the environment. He has developed extensive experience in international disputes, multi-party litigation, complex settlements and compensation schemes.
