DSM's acquisition of CSK was voted Best Mid-Cap Deal 2020. NautaDutilh assisted the shareholders of Koninklijke CSK Food Enrichment C.V. with the sale of CSK to Royal DSM. Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in the fields of nutrition, health and sustainable living, reached an agreement with the shareholders of CSK, a specialty dairy solutions provider, on the acquisition of a 100% interest in CSK.
