Our firm assisted longstanding client Achmea Real Estate with the launch of the UpSouth development in Rotterdam-Zuid. This residential project marks the transformation of the Motorstraatgebied from a stony industrial area into a vibrant, green urban neighbourhood.
Achmea Real Estate, acting in its capacity of manager of the real estate investments of Stichting BPL Pensioen, acquired the project last week. UpSouth comprises of 127 apartments, alongside approximately 400 m² of commercial space, collective facilities, and rooftop terraces. The project is being developed in partnership with Dunavast and Bolton and is located near Winkelcentrum Zuidplein.
