NautaDutilh has advised Sogestran Group in relation to the acquisition of Reederei Jaegers GmbH, specialised in inland waterway liquid bulk transport.
This transaction, including the acquisition of 57 own vessels, will make Sogestran Group the European leader among inland shipping operators for liquid bulk cargo, with a significant presence on major European waterways, over 200 units (self-propelled barges, push boats, and barges), and more than 500 crew members.
