NautaDutilh, together with Ashurst, is advising Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. (owned by India's largest food service company, Jubilant Foodworks Limited, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange) on its recommended increased and final cash offer for DP Eurasia N.V., listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
DP Eurasia is the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino’s Pizza brand in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia. DP Eurasia is the largest pizza delivery company in Turkey and, in addition to its pizza delivery business, it also has its own coffee brand, COFFY. The offer values DP Eurasia at approximately GBP 161.2 million. The team was led by Sybren de Beurs and further consisted of Koen Biesma and Dirk Panis.
