NautaDutilh has acted as lead counsel to Lender & Spender on the Mila 2025-1 B.V. transaction, a true-sale securitisation of a 12-month revolving pool of Dutch consumer credit, originated and sold by Lender & Spender. The transaction involved the issuance of over EUR 300 million in notes and attracted strong investor interest, resulting in placement with a broad and diverse group of investors.
“We had the opportunity to work alongside Lender & Spender again and contribute to their second public Dutch consumer credit ABS transaction, Mila 2025-1. Seeing the positive market response is a great outcome.”
This transaction follows Mila 2024-1, Lender & Spender’s first securitisation. That deal received the 2024 Annual Securitisation Award, recognising their commitment to excellence and innovation in the market. NautaDutilh also acted as lead counsel for that inaugural transaction.
