NautaDutilh is proud to have worked alongside Nationale-Nederlanden to launch Woonnu, a new mortgage loan platform that offers consumer mortgage loans that rewards steps taken by the consumer to reduce their carbon footprint, e.g. by improving the energy efficiency of their property.
Investors can accede to the platform to take an interest in such mortgage loans and invest in the sustainability conversion of the Dutch property stock. By encouraging sustainable housing, the platform aims to contribute to the realisation of the objectives of the Dutch climate agreement.
NautaDutilh's team consisted of Michaëla Ulrici, Reinier Dommerholt, Margot Schulpen (Structured Finance), Frans van der Eerden (Financial Law), Sanne Meester and Daan Hagelstein (Corporate Notarial).
