These topics are explored in the third edition of the M&A Trend Survey Benelux, that is now available here (in Dutch). This research involved an online survey with 175 Dutch and Belgian M&A professionals and live interview with 35 dealmakers including Corporate/M&A partner Joost den Engelsman and managing partner Lieke van der Velden.
