Marijke has broad experience in the financial law and services industry. As part of the Structured Finance team, she will be focusing on structured finance and financial regulatory law, guiding clients in the set-up and execution of complex (international) transactions, including amongst others, securitisations and the transfer of loan portfolios. Marijke also regularly advises companies on governance aspects and remuneration issues.
