NautaDutilh has been recognised at the 2025 FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe for a pioneering approach to people strategy and, as a result, ‘redefining legal practice through neurodiversity’. In this approach to recruitment and team development, as highlighted by the researchers as a standout example of innovation in legal talent strategy, not only expertise but also how people connect and solve problems is valued.
At NautaDutilh, innovation is not limited to technology or legal frameworks. It is also part of how we shape our teams. This award reflects our commitment to diverse ways of thinking and problem-solving. It is a well-deserved recognition of the efforts of many across our firm to showcase the value of embracing cognitive diversity and inclusive collaboration. And it is an encouragement to continue to drive meaningful change in our profession together with our clients.

About the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards
The FT Innovative Lawyers Awards acknowledge innovation in the practice of law. Through a methodology developed by the Financial Times and RSGi submissions from law firms and in-house legal teams are evaluated to highlight digitally advanced firms, innovative approaches, and exceptional leaders in the legal profession. According to the FT, the rankings are based primarily on law firm submissions as well as on market research, surveys and other qualitative research methods to uncover legal innovation in the region.
