Ruben Vermang has joined NautaDutilh Brussels as local partner as of 12 January 2026. Ruben brings significant deal experience in real estate and infrastructure. His practice spans the entire lifecycle of real estate, with a focus on corporate real estate transactions, development projects, property and asset management, and PPP infrastructure projects. He advises investors, sponsors, lenders, and contractors on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Together with Ruben, associate Oliver Geldhof and Ariane Regout will also join our reinforced real estate and infra practice.
