Fenna van Zanten is engaged in the practice group Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), where she gains experience in advising and assisting national and international clients on various corporate matters. For example in respect of M&A transactions: (conducting and supervising of) due diligence investigations, structuring, negotiations and preparation of deal documents.
In addition, Fenna has a special expertise and knowledge of Agri & Food topics and is part of the Agri & Food sector group. As granddaughter of an advisor at the former horticultural testing ground in Naaldwijk and the daughter of a supplier of automation systems for the hortibusiness, it was perfectly natural for her to specialise in this sector and develop specific expertise in that field.
Previously, Fenna was engaged in the practice group Employment & Pensions at the Rotterdam office, where she specialised in all aspects of employment law, such as employee consultation rights, dismissals and employment agreements. In addition, she is involved in M&A transactions in respect of employment related matters (such as employee representation rights).
Fenna graduated from the Erasmus University in 2014, where she obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in private law (both cum laude). Fenna joined NautaDutilh in January 2015 and she is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar.
