NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg is pleased to invite you to the 4th edition of its breakfast seminar on outsourcing in the financial sector, which will take place on Friday, 22 March 2019.

  • the forthcoming amendments to the CSSF cloud circular and its extension to fund managers (Vincent Wellens – Partner, Technology & IP at NautaDutilh);
  • the interaction between the EBA / CSSF regulations on outsourcing and the statutory "outsourcing exception" to the professional secrecy obligations and the GDPR (Anne-Sophie Morvan – Senior Associate, Technology & IP at NautaDutilh).
