Liselotte Bekke is a Senior Associate in the IP Practice Group at NautaDutilh. Liselotte has a broad IP practice covering litigation, advisory work and transactions, spanning the full spectrum of IP rights and related rights, including trade mark law, copyright law, design law, advertising law and trade secrets.
On the contentious side, Liselotte represents clients before the Dutch and European courts as well as before the Benelux and EU trade mark offices. She has extensive expertise in advising and representing rightholders in the protection and enforcement of their IP rights, particularly in relation to well-known trade marks and product design. On the transactional side, Liselotte advises on the IP aspects of M&A transactions, licensing arrangements, collaboration agreements and R&D agreements.
Her client base ranges from large international corporations to scale-ups, spin-offs and and investors, active across all sectors, including retail, fashion, luxury, technology, life sciences, food and beverages.

- Representing the LEGO Group in multiple proceedings before The Hague District Court in protection of its intellectual property portfolio, including in respect of infringements of its well-known trade mark rights, copyrights and design rights.
- Representing L'Oréal in trade mark infringement proceedings before The Hague District Court concerning the protection of the reputed luxury cosmetics brand LANCÔME (2024).
- Defending the luxury fashion brand Cult Gaia in summary proceedings before The Hague District Court against the Comité Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne (CIVC) concerning the use of the Protected Designation of Origin 'Champagne' (2024).

Liselotte graduated from the VU University Amsterdam in 2014, where she obtained a master's degree in Internet, Intellectual Property & ICT (cum laude) and Private Law (cum laude). Liselotte joined NautaDutilh in 2015.
