Vincent Candelaria works in the Employment & Pensions department in which he advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues, such as individual and collective dismissal, employee representation, reorganisations and transactions.
He has a special focus on employment related litigation, diversity equity and inclusion (DEI), whistleblower issues and (sexual) harassment & discrimination. Vincent advises and litigates for both employers and employees.

Qualifications
Vincent studied Dutch law at Utrecht University and the University of Amsterdam. He also studied at the Queen Mary University of London. While a student, he worked at the Dutch Administrative High Court and several international law firms.
Vincent joined NautaDutilh in 2023 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
