Simon Hellendall

Simon Hellendall is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A practice group. He advises Dutch and international clients on (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions. He also advises listed companies and other large Dutch and international companies on corporate governance and (climate) litigation.
Previously, Simon worked in the Dispute Resolution practice group, where he advised and litigated on commercial and contractual matters.

Qualifications
Simon studied at Leiden Law School, where he obtained an L.L.M. (summa cum laude) in Jurisprudence and Legal Philosophy and an L.L.M. (cum laude) in private law. During his bachelor’s degree, Simon studied a semester at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Simon joined NautaDutilh in 2023. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
