Camille van Liebergen

Camille van Liebergen works within the Banking & Finance team at NautaDutilh. She advises banks, companies, strategic investors, and businesses on Dutch legal aspects of (cross-border) financing transactions. Her expertise includes advising on tech financing, acquisition loans and restructurings. Before joining NautaDutilh in 2022, Camille worked for over 5 years as a lawyer at another leading law firm in Amsterdam.
Camille spent more than two years working for NautaDutilh in New York City, which gave her deep insights into the complexity of cross-border transactions. Her experience has led to a specialisation in U.S. transactions, and she frequently collaborates with leading U.S. law firms on international deals.

Qualifications
Camille studied at Leiden University (LL.B. and LL.M.) (2016) and Stellenbosch University (LL.M.) (2015). In 2022, Camille completed the MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France.
Camille is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
