Irma Paarlberg is a member of our Business Development, Marketing & Communications team. As a Business Development Advisor, she works together with our lawyers, tax advisors and notaries to establish and improve our business development and client strategy.
She has a focus on advising lawyers in the field of client relationship management, (new) business development activities and proposal management.
Irma has over 20 years experience in the legal services industry.
As Alumni coordinator, Irma is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the connections with former employees, ensuring that they remain engaged and inspired even after their time with our organisation.
