Jorn Riemersma is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A practice group, specifically within the Energy, Transition & Infrastructure team (ETI). Jorn is involved in both international and national corporate transactions and advises companies, investors and governments on energy and transition-related matters.

Qualifications
In 2024, Jorn graduated from the University of Oxford with an MPhil in Development Studies (International Development), researching the impact of corporate governance on sustainable development. Previously, he earned a master’s degree in Corporate Law (cum laude) from Erasmus University and bachelor’s degrees at Leiden University and Leiden University College The Hague (cum laude).
Jorn started at NautaDutilh in September 2024. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
