NautaDutilh, the leading Benelux law firm is pleased to announce that, following yesterday's Partner's Meeting, the firm has appointed three new board members. They will be joining the board at different dates in 2010. Current board member Jan Loorbach will step down on 1 January 2010 and chairman Marc Blom on 1 June 2010. The transition from two to three partner members alongside managing director Peter van der Meij and a strict division of portfolios will enable board members to remain active in their practices. The new members have all been appointed for a period of three years.
