On 8 March 2022, the Law of 25 February 2022 (Bill No 7825) enters into force. This Law, amongst other things, amends the Act of 2 March 2004 on securitisation.
The Law of 25 February 2022 (Bill No 7825), which, amongst other things, amends the Act of 2 March 2004 on securitisation, has been published and enters into force on 8 March 2022. The Law clarifies the existing statutory framework on securitisations and adapts it in a flexible way to the requirements of the securitisation market.
