NautaDutilh appoints Iris Kieft and Dirk Van Gerven as Inclusion partners as of 1 January 2026. They succeed Petra Zijp and Geert Raaijmakers, who have served in this role since 2022.

Alongside the appointment of Iris and Dirk, Marjolijn Geluk will take on the role of I&D lead. She succeeds I&D specialist Andjenie Cheng-A-June, who says goodbye to the firm after three years.
