NautaDutilh assisted its long-standing client Yanmar on its potential acquisition of professional football club Almere City FC from Kroonenberg Groep. As part of the transaction, the stadium where Almere City FC plays its home matches and of which Yanmar has been the name sponsor of our stadium since 2015, will also be transferred from Kroonenberg Groep to Almere City FC. The closing of the transaction is expected in the second half of 2025 and is subject to the approval of the KNVB licensing committee.
