NautaDutilh assisted our long-standing client Bain Capital with its proposed acquisition of a 55% stake in leading services group House of HR.

The existing shareholders of House of HR, Naxicap, founder Conny Vandendriessche and certain members of management, will hold the remaining equity. This transaction is the largest private equity deal in Belgium to date. NautaDutilh acted as Dutch and Belgian counsel alongside the French and German teams of Latham & Watkins.

We are excited to have been able to assist Bain Capital on this transaction together with the Latham & Watkins teams.
