NautaDutilh advised Buy Way Personal Finance B.V. on the Aurorus 2026 securitisation transaction, which successfully closed on 19 October. Buy Way is a consumer credit provider, with a 30-year track record in consumer lending. Aurorus is the latest public securitisation by Buy Way in the Netherlands, backed by consumer loans, with the listed notes admitted to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The notes were issued for a total value of over EUR 400 million.
This complex transaction consisted of several different phases that all required completion on or about the same day, including the redemption of Buy Way's public Aurorus 2023 securitisation transaction.

The Aurorus 2026 transaction is the fifth public securitisation transaction by Buy Way in the Netherlands and demonstrates that Buy Way is a well-known and established player in the consumer loan securitisation market.
