Isabelle Absalon is a senior associate in our tax practice. In that capacity, she assists clients on all kinds of tax matters including the tax aspects of structured finance, tax advice in the context of M&A, real estate, private equity and venture capital transactions. She also assists high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs within a cross-border context. 
 
Isabelle holds a double Master's degree in Business Law and Tax Law from the University of Lorraine (France, 2014-2015). She also holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Strasbourg (France, 2013). In addition to that, Isabelle followed the Cours complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois (CCDL), (Luxembourg, 2018).
 
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Isabelle worked as a Tax Advisor in another international law firm and a Big Four firm in Luxembourg.

Isabelle is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.

Isabelle is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
