Bertrand Guittet is an associate in our Litigation & Arbitration practice. He is serving a wide range of corporate clients and banks in arbitration and litigation matters related to commercial law, corporate disputes and insolvency.

Bertrand holds two master's degrees, one in Business Law (2018)  and the other one in International Private Law and International Commercial Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2017). 

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, he worked for other well-known law firms in Luxembourg, France and Vietnam. 

He is fluent in English and French.
