Yoann Le Bihan is a senior associate in our Intellectual Property, Technology and Competition practice. He advises on IT contracts, outsourcing arrangements, data protection, general commercial matters in the high-tech sector, and issues at the intersection of law and technology.

Yoann holds a JD from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global (2018) as well as an LLM in International Legal Practice from The University of Law (2017), a BS in Information and Communication Technology from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (2012) and a degree in multimedia and network management from the Panthéon-Assas University (2006).     

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Yoann practiced US law and worked in-house at a major online service provider, specialising in IT contracts and privacy and data protection matters. He has over fifteen years’ experience as an independent IT consultant for major finance, telecommunications and public sector companies based mainly in France, Luxembourg and the United States and has held management positions with Euronext and a national airline and freight handler.

Yoann is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), a co-founder of its KnowledgeNet Chapter in Luxembourg and holds the IAPP CIPP/E certification. He is also a member of the Legal Group of the British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) in Luxembourg, the Society for Computers and Law (SCL), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

Yoann was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2019. He is fluent in English and French.
