Hugues Lefranc is an associate in our corporate practice. He assists clients on various corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Hugues holds a master II degree in international business law from the University of Nancy (2019) and a master I degree in international commercial & business law from the University of Groningen (2018). 

He speaks English, French and Spanish.
