Laurie Mathieu is an associate in our Corporate practice. She assists clients on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Laurie holds a master's degree in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow (2018) and a master's degree in Business and Corporate Law from the University of Liège (2017).

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Laurie worked as a corporate officer for several service providers in Luxembourg as well as for an independent law firm based in Luxembourg.

Laurie is admitted to the Luxembourg bar since 2022.

Laurie is a French native speaker, fluent in English.
