Yasmine M'Chaâr is an associate in our corporate practice. She assists clients on various corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Yasmine holds a master's degree in Business Law from the University of Liège (2020). Yasmine also followed the Cours complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois (CCDL) at the University of Luxembourg (2021).

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Yasmine has been working as an intern in another law firm.

Yasmine is a native Dutch speaker. She is also fluent in English, French and Arabic.
