Salvatore Pugliese is an associate in our investment funds practice. He assists asset managers, funds promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures i.e. UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIFs), private equity and venture capital funds (SICARs), real estate and debt funds, as well as unregulated investment vehicles i.e. reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs).

Salvatore holds an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from the Boston University School of Law, an LL.M in European Private Law from "Sapienza" University of Rome and a Master of Law in International Law from the University of Naples.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Salvatore worked as a fund legal counsel in a leading Japanese financial services group, as an associate in the Private Equity and Real Estate department of a top tier law firm based in Luxembourg, and more recently as an officer in a financial European Institution.

Salvatore is admitted to the Luxembourg bar (2019 list IV) and to the Italian bar (2016).

Salvatore is an Italian native speaker and also speaks English and French.
