Sarah Sorensen is an associate in our Corporate practice. She assists clients on various corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Sarah holds an LLB in European Law (2020) and an LLM in International and European Tax Law (2021) cum laude, both from the University of Maastricht.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Sarah worked as a student assistant at the University of Maastricht.

Sarah is a Dutch native speaker, fluent in English and French.
