Michaëla Ulrici

Michaëla was betrokken bij de eerste securitisation transactie in Nederland en heeft sindsdien de securitisation markt gestructureerd en gedocumenteerd. Zij heeft meer dan twee decennia ervaring in diverse transacties aangaande securitisation, structured finance- en capital marketing transacties.

Michaëla was van juni 2010 tot juli 2014 bestuursvoorzitter van NautaDutilh. Ze heeft rechten gestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en is in 1991 afgestudeerd. Nadat zij haar bachelor in de Japankunde aan de Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam heeft behaald, is zij in 1994 bij NautaDutilh Amsterdam haar carrière gestart, waarna ze ook enige tijd in 1996 en in 1998 op kantoor New York werkzaam was. Sinds 2002 is zij partner.
