Florence heeft zowel een uitgebreide proces- en transactie-ervaring (waaronder het assisteren bij complexe financierings- en ondernemingszaken waarbij Intellectuele Eigendom een sleutelrol speelt) als een grondig inzicht in reguleringskwesties, met name in de voedings- en life sciences sectoren.

Zij staat mede aan het hoofd van NautaDutilh's life sciences sector team en is lid van de European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW), Licensing Executive Society (LES), International Trademark Association (INTA), de European Food Law Association (EFLA) en de Beneluxvereniging voor Merken- en Modellenrecht (BMM).
