Anne Marie Verschuur, hoofd van NautaDutilh's Nederlandse IP groep, is gespecialiseerd in intellectueel eigendomsrecht en ervaren in het procederen en adviseren op dit gebied. Veel van haar cliënten zijn nationale of internationale bedrijven actief in verschillende sectoren, zoals tech, life sciences en consumentenproducten (m.n. voeding, kleding en luxe-artikelen). Zij staat hen bij in onder meer merken-, octrooi-, bedrijfsgeheim-, modellen-, handelsnaam- en auteursrechtgeschillen en adviseert ook over overeenkomsten en transacties op IE-gebied.

Anne Marie is een actief lid van verschillende verenigingen, waaronder de International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI, waarin Anne Marie deel uit maakte van het internationale bestuur als Reporter General), HollandBIO, de International Trademark Association (INTA) (Anne Marie is lid van INTA’s Non-Traditional Marks Committee), de European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW), en de Vereniging Intellectuele Eigendom Proces Advocaten (VIEPA). Zij is co-auteur en co-eindredacteur van het IE-handboek Kort Begrip van het Intellectuele Eigendomsrecht en maakt deel uit van de redactie van het tijdschrift Intellectuele Eigendom & Reclamerecht (IER). Anne Marie is gastdocent octrooirecht aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Meer over Anne Marie
Anne Marie is zowel afgestudeerd in rechten als geschiedenis aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Tijdens haar studie studeerde zij een half jaar aan Warwick University in Engeland. Zij behaalde in 2002 een LL.M. aan Duke University in de V.S. en trad in 2003 in dienst bij NautaDutilh.
