David Viëtor is gespecialiseerd in de advisering van financiële instellingen, private equity-huizen, debt investors en corporate cliënten bij alle mogelijke soorten binnenlandse en internationale financieringstransacties. Zijn belangrijkste expertisegebieden zijn overnamefinanciering, herstructureringen, par en distressed transacties, algemene bedrijfsleningen en gestructureerde financieringstransacties.

David is in 1996 in dienst getreden bij NautaDutilh en werd in 2005 partner. Hij is auteur van het Nederlandse hoofdstuk van 'International Acquisition Finance: Law and Practice' (2e editie 2010), verschenen bij Oxford University Press. David was gedurende 2005 - 2009 werkzaam in NautaDutilh's Londense kantoor.
David is lid van het Benelux Restructuring & Insolvency Team.
